No Auto response for Unlock Received!!!!

I submitted an unlock code request a short while back and not received an auto confirmation email.

 

This maybe because despite changing my email address with Vodafone (on several occasions) they still like to resort to the email address I signed up with a few years ago and no longer have or use :Worried_Face:

 

Could someone please assist me in getting iPhone unlocked. Thank you.

Which model of phone are you trying to unlock ?

I ask because an iphone does not use a physical code that comes via email. 

I totally appreciate your wanting confirmation however. I assume you've checked your Spam email boxes just incase they are sending it to the new email address. 

It could be that Vodafones systems are somehow auto resetting your email address to the older one so I can only but advise to persevere with Customer service. They can also fill out the form for you.
