Hi, I am yet to receive my unlock code even though I had a confirmation email saying it will be up to ten working days. I received this email on the 10th October which is now 12 working days ago.
Hi @jamesbb what phone do you have? If it's an iPhone it can take up to 30 days to unlock and there is no code issued. Try putting a non Vodafone sim in (if it's an iPhone) to see.
