Request unlock code for Microsoft Lumia 950XL

Hi,

I am leaving the UK but want to continue using my current handset on another network when I go. The phone is a Microsoft Lumia 950XL. I tried to use the online form to request a code neither Microsoft or Windows is an option in the drop down menu for manufacturer. I believe this is because Microsoft no longer produce handsets, but I now have no idea how to go about getting it unlocked.
