Hi all

hope someone out there can help I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 which has not been used for about a year I applied for a nuc code and promptly received one I have tried the code several times but have not been able to get it to work I find it very strange that there are no numbers I can ring to speak to a person to resolve this I'm hoping someone here can help

Although this thread is about another Samsung model of phone it may help. 

Android/Unlocking-Galaxy-S6.

The Vodafone Nuc Unlocking Department are not Customer facing hence you are unable to speak to them. 

However Customer Services on 191 or Live Chat can escalate this to that department or they can give you a specific email address to contact them.

 Bandofbrothers unfortunately the solution in the link did not work for me so I've emailed the nuc support team but thank you for you're swift response
