Vodafone Mifi problem!!

Okay so! I downloaded the mobile wifi app, and it's saying enter password to top up or reply to emails? I have absolutely no idea what the password is? Shall I phone customer services up?

Are you referring to the mobile Wi-Fi device shown here?

If you are, the password details are on the inside of the back cover.

Yes andy I've entered the password on the back bus it is not that

I'm not sure if there's been some confusion. Is it the Vodafone Mobile Wi-Fi Monitor app that you downloaded or one with a different name?

Yes it's called mobile wifi
