Waiting for unlock code

Asked for unlock code 10 days ago , received a confirmation but still no response, please can you sort?

It can occasionally take 10 days if Vodafone have to contact the Manufacturer for the code. 

Can you check your Spam email boxes just incase anything's dropped into there. 

Just to add phones unlock with a code apart from the iPhone. An iPhone does not unlock via a code but by instead Vodafone authorising Apple to release the phone from their database lock. 

This is usually quick but on occasion can take approx 30 days. 

Periodically inserting a non Vodafone active sim card should complete the process. From an iPhone 4s and earlier it's a requirement to hook up to iTunes.
