NUC Didnt unlock my phone and PUk is not working

I have just recently switched to another provider so had to unlock my phone however when entering the NUC code is went straight to getting blocked and the new sims puk code isnt working either.

Unlock NUC seems incorrect

Hi,I've received my unlock code from Vodafone for my Sony  Xperia X Compact - I've tried entering the code 3 times and it keeps failing.I've checked the IMEI and it's definitely correct - Apparntley I only have 2 tries left, what can I do?thanks!
