Unlock iPhone?

Can I check the best way to unlock an iPhone on Vodafone How long do you have to wait from purchase to get it unlocked as saw somewhere 3 months and somewhere else 1 month. Cheers

I purchased a second hand iPhone 4s off eBay. It was advertised as unlocked.  I sent to to a former student of mine in Uganda. Who now tells me it’s locked. How can I unlock  it? I don’t think vodaphone operates in a Uganda? Thanks

Can't get NUC for a key worker - help pls Vodafone Moderators

Help - despite 3 attempts with Live Chat supervisors over 3 weeks, I cannot get an NUC for an iPhone 7.  E-mails have verified ok (with on-screen acknowledgement) but no NUC/mail received afterwards.  A key worker's phone is useless as a result.
