This is what Vodafone says  Help me please!!!!!
Thanks for getting in touch about unlocking a phone. Unfortunately, we can’t do this because the serial number (IMEI) you provided doesn’t match the one on your account.

Hi @hatami28

Have you tried an alternative active Networks sim card in the iPhone?

Who supplied the iPhone originally?

Vodafone or an independent or purchased from an auction site or from someone selling it ?

If Vodafone supplied the iPhone has it ever been replaced by Apple or an Insurance company  ?

If Vodafone insist this is the case then Customer Services on 191 or Live Chat can help.

As a last resort using a new Vodafone UK payg sim card in it making calls etc for 30 days and then using the new Payg details are an option.

Current Phone  >

Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512gb Phantom Black.

You originally posted this under PAYG - if you're actually a PAYG customer, are you using your phone in conjunction with the phone number that you have submitted in connection with your NUC request? You need to use the phone with that number for 30 days for the IMEI to register against that number, otherwise the NUC Team may be seeing the IMEI of another phone that you've used with the number.

If you've been using the phone for some time with that PAYG number, then CS or Live Chat will be your best bet.
