BlackBerry z10, can not send mms, tried texting 40127,entered phone number for sending info on Vodafone site No reply from either. Also checked APN settings which are correct, no joy, phoned 191 and No help there, told it was my phone was faulty. Anyone suggest an answer, before I leave Vodafone for good?

What happens when you try? Do you get an error message, or does it keep trying to send, or does it look sent but never reaches anyone?

:smileymad:It does not get delivered but payment is taken, I tried everything and I mean everything, Vodafone now just say to use WhatsApp as they can NOT fix the problems they are having with MMS.

It says a great deal about a Multi million pound company that can not solve its own problems and resorts to a Free app .  In a way Vodafone are in breech of terms with its customers in that, this is a part of the facilities that is supposed to be included either in contract or PAYG
