Have recently got my nokia lumia 620 on a Sim only and received a message saying that a second txt would follow shortly to enable me to set up picture messaging it never came despite requeting it a number of times I have checked my settings and as far as I can tell all is well HELP PLEASE I am getting desperate

These days, all the settings tend to be within the one APN. If you can't send MMS (which I assume is what you're referring to), it's possible the service isn't provisioned on your account. Talk to Live Chat (Contact Us at the bottom of the page) and ask them to make sure it's provisioned on your account.
