Wondering if anyone can help. I have CCTV that i can view on my mobile when on Wifi in the house - however when out and about, it notes connection failed? (Applogies i’m not very techy to explain any better!)
Are you using a specific app on your phone for your CCTV ?
It maybe beneficial to look at that apps preferences and allowed actions.
It may also be beneficial to Google search for your CCTV forum to see if people who post there can help too.
It could be connected to port forwarding etc.

Thanks for your reply, yes using the alien app... used to work perfectly then the hub router changed... i got it working on wifi but still wont on mobile although i think all ports that need forwarding are. Will google some more. The alien support is non existant 😏
