I cannot access TOBI on either Windows 10 nor iPad - this has been going on for some time now. Anyone else aware? Get round the issue?
Hi @geoffhvf, what's happening when you're trying to access Tobi on these devices? Do you get any error message? If you do, if you could send us over a screenshot that will be great.
I see that this thread is a bit old, but if you still have this problem just clarify what error you get when you try to access it. I will try to help you.
