Hi, I am using a nokia lumia 625 on the dev release for 8.1, however the issue I have excisted before I updated. The issue I am having is that I can not send or receive any MMS texts (however my internet services are functioning perfectly). What I wished to know is, how do I fix it? I have provided links to images which show my access point settings and would appreciate it if anyone could explain how to get my MMS settings working as they refuse to send or be downloaded.
before anyone tries to say its an issue with the dev release, that isn't the case as I had this issue when I was on wp8 as well, and haven't been able to get them working at all.

It may be that MMS needs to be provisioned on your account as it's normally turned off by default. Customer Services ought to be able to do this, but it usually takes the Tech Team here, so hang on until they pick up your post - they normally reply within 48 hours.
MMS has a cost per message and has largely been superceded by email and apps such as Whatapp (if that's available for Windows). These methods only use data and do not have an additional per-message cost.

Ahh, okay, well thanks for the reply and I shall see if I can get it activated.

Hang on for the tech team here. It's sometimes a bit of a back-office procedure. What Customer Services see may show it as active when there's actually more to be done.

Hi, I am using a nokia lumia 625 . The issue I am having is that I can not send or receive any MMS texts (however my internet services are functioning perfectly). How do I fix it? I've looked at the device, taken it into a local store and they couldn't seem to get it to send/receive picture messages either? I would appreciate it if anyone could explain how to get my MMS settings working as they refuse to send or be downloaded.

I take it you've texted WEB to 40127? A lot of people say the settings are never sent, but in fact they install silently in the background and you never know. It's more likely that the service isn't provisioned on your account (it's usually off by default), but the Tech Team here will be able to remedy that. Just hang on until they pick up your post.
