Problem with Apple watch Onenumber

I'm having problems connecting my Apple Watch Series 5 to Onenumber. Vodafone say it's a configuration issue and will take them 48hours to resolve.  It's now been 5 days and still no data on my watch. 

I see many customers have had the same issue and been told the the same thing and I am now dismayed to think I have just been fobbed off and the issue will not be resolved.  I don't understand why it is so difficult to solve. I'm now paying for the Onenumber plan and unable to use it!
