Software update for Lumia 925

I're recently got a new Lumia 925 for work and have updated it to the latest available version accroding to the phone.

The about software shows this as 8.10.12393.890. Now while this has some of the 8.1 features, it doesnt have Cortana which I understand is a later software revision (8.10.14x)

Has this been released by Vodafone as yet, and if it has does anyone have any tips for getting the software other than using the update software option?

Cortana is a Nokia service which will be provided through their updates.
