Hi,
I've plugged the dongle into my PC. The instructions say it should install software, but it hasn't done that, or come up with any prompts. I can see it under my list of devices though, and Windows says it's working properly. How can I make it install the software?

Could a firewall or security suite be impeding the install ?
Can you try unplugging it and start again.
Are relevant drivers up to date.
I recall when I used Windows 7 sometimes I had to run things as an administrator.

Maybe the dongle didn't include the right version of the software for your version of Windows?
