internet connection problem

Hi, I am new to all this 4g stuff, so I need someone to hold my hand, please. I have a Nokia Lumia 365. I am able to make phone calls and send texts (but not picture texts). We dont have a wifi connection at home, but I am told I should be able to connect to the internet without one, but I cant. Please can anyone tell me why? I have a 4bar signal then H beside it, and whatever I try it just simply says "cant connect, try later". Any suggestions as to what I can do, please. Thanks

Thanks Ben, I managed to get on to the Vodafone chat option, and it's all sorted now.
