recieved Nokia lumia 830 today not sure about size seems a bit big previous phone nokia n8

work in building trade sometimes have my ear phones in fone in pocket seems a bit big also price qouted doesnt match when i logged in to see plan 1.75 more +vat thinking of sending it back before i swap sims and details to new one looking at 635 as alternative downside no flash on camera what are your rights to change your mind and also there is no information in bag on retrurns whats your views cheers

Hi, you have 14 days from receipt to return it.

If you bought in store you can return it to the store, if you bought online you need to contact CS or livechat to arrange the return
