retrieval of old Vodafone number

Hi , could you please contact me with informaton on how I can retrieve an old Vodafone number ?

If the number was on Payg and it has been suspended and then quarantined because it's been inactive for 180 days + another 90 days then it'll have gone back into the number pool to be recycled at a later date. 

Its doubtful they'll be able to give you it back. 

If the number was from a pay monthly account and the contract was ended by giving 30 days notice then the number again is quarantined. 

You could try ringing it to see if it works or not. 

Customer services on 191 or Live Chat can officially clarify if you can have it back or not.
