How do I get the Amazon echo plus that comes with the broadband I have just ordered, now I have ordered it I can find no info on how I get one.

Great, funny no one mentioned it would take two months to get hold of one when I ordered it, just assumed it would come with the router .
Has anyone actually got their code yet? Been given the runaround by chat telling me to email an address, that email said they dont deal - another department. My activation date was 20+ days ago, I know the 14-60 days answer but I havent found anyone who has actually got one yet.
Hi, no I didnt get anywhere finding help, as with the moderator response on this thread- everyone just quoted the T&C's of the offer at me, by phone, by chat or on here. Very frustrating- eventually (30ish days) I got the code, it came from a generic "no-reply" email address so I cant even give you that to get in touch with. It did get caught in my spam filter, I believe that Vodafone arent actually running the offer in house - which is why none of them actually know who is dealing with it. But it would have been simpler if one of them just owned up to it and told me the truth.
When I ordered over the phone I was told I would receive a code after 14 days but nothing so far. The router arrived the next day. I do think Vodafone should send out an email when renewing a contract and confirming details. It would seem like a legal minimum.
Connected just under a week to superfast 2, so I guess will be waiting patiently for the code to arrive in my inbox / junk mail in due course. Hopefully will get it this or next week and not the month ish that some experienced...
