Hi there, I purchased internet in November 2020, which came with a £100 amazon gift card but I still haven’t received this yet ? 

how do I go about claiming this as I haven’t had any follow up emails.

There should be something via a Google search or in the Vodafone Terms and Conditions here Terms-and-conditions.  regarding the offer and who you can contact for that specific offer and or use Live Chat or phone customer services.
