Hello,

 

I have superfast 1 @£23 and when loging into my account it told me I was eligable to upgrade. When looking at the deals page I saw the superfast 2 offer @£20. When I clicked through this it asked me to login, select my account (broadband or mobile), I selected broadband and then put the order through asking to keep my current number etc.

 

Reading the order confirmation emails, it sounds like Ive ordered something new rather than upgrading. Is this the correct way to upgrade? Will it go through or will I end up paying for two accounts??

Hey @ANDY18 - it's great to hear you've decided to upgrade to our Superfast 2 👍 When you change your broadband, it'll renew your contract so that could be why it looks that way.
