It was working fine until I came back from holiday 25/9 it updated and now will not connect. You do the 4 stages then it goes back to start
That's strange @tattyrabbit, but I'm sure we'll bew able ot get it sorted for you. If you've tried deleting and reinstalling the app through Google Play and iTunes app store and logging out and back in to refresh your connection, but are still unable to connect. Pop us a message including your full name, account number and a link to your post through Facebook or Twitter and we'll be able to take a closer look into this for you.
