Broadband app not working

Can anyone help me with the app.

 

Ive just switched to vodafone broadband and my router is all up and running, i was told to download the broadband app which i have done, but this is all i get (see attached image)

 

I have gone through them and all it does it show me how to connect my router but wont connect my phone to the router for the app to work.

 

Any ideas?

@adsleonard When you select 'Connect to Router', the app should prompt you to enter your unique router code to pair the app successfully. Have you been able to access this page/prompt when selecting 'Connect to Router'?
