Hi,
I've tried the Chat system which pointed me to a number to call, they haven't been able to help so I've ended up here!
I just took out a Business Broadband package that advertises a static ip included but I can not get this activated. Can anyone help please? There doesn't seem to be an option to activate it in my account settings and the advisor on the phone kept saying I should receive an email saying its online but nothing has appeared yet.
I was tempted to pay for the multiple IPs but if its this much trouble to get one i dread to think how hard multiple would be!
Still no email about the Static IP. I'll try your social media then.....
