I'm at my wits end with Vodafone support. I've been trying for days to get through to notify customer support of a house move & to get my services moved to our new address - we move next week and I've tried for days to get through. I've followed all the instructions here
Every time I get through to having my pin accepted only to be told my call can't be answered and the call gets ended. Aside from it being ridiculous that I can't do this through chat or a portal, how on earth can I get my services moved? I really don't want the hassle of complaining an cancelling my contract.

Finally managed to get through (my wife managed it in the end). We got through to a generic customer services contact who put us in touch with the Home Move team. When I spoke to him he was mystified we couldn't get through - I wonder if there is an issue with the IVR.
