After resetting the router to default settings I can no longer log into the hub.

Apologies if you've already looked under the hub for any default passwords etc and looked at the information in Vodafone Broadband Router Guide Pdf
If the above does not help then take a look in Broadband-and-Home-Phone-FAQs and if this does not help then please call 08080 034 515 (free from all UK landlines and mobiles) with lines open between 8am and 11pm, seven days a week.
