Yes, but you need to let both providers know what you are doing in advance.  It is easy with Virgin though as in most cases they'll run their own cable to your property, though they may use existing ducting if it's there.


Once you have this in place, then you'd probably want a business-grade router that enables the two connections to both connect to the single internal network!


It's worth noting that few households actually use so much data that this would make sense though!
