Cannot add ultimate speed guarantee discount

So I've had superfast two now for 2 weeks... My sync speed on the app is 42mbps - thus below the 55mbps yet I cannot add my 15% discount through the app as the option just is not there. Any assistance?

I tried to do the same thing as my connection has been almost 10mbps slower than what I was "guaranteed", however it is only for NEW contracts that started after March 1st which isn't particularly helpful.

Which does say that the guarantee is based on the sync speed. You don't get any refund if your slow speed is due to congestion because of inadequate backhaul arrangements!
