Certain devices connect to router but not the internet

Hi all, 

Attempting to work from home given the state of the nation, however my work laptop connects to the WIFI but i cannot get it to talk to the work VPN. All other home devices work fine. Have confirmed it is not the work laptop by using both my phone as a hotspot and also the popped round (and stood outside) of the neighbours to connect to their WIFI. Both of these internet connections worked fine. 

Any ideas what to change on my WIFI/Internet connection? I can confirm I did a reset of the router so there are no restrictions that come as a default.

Hey. Have you checked content control and dns settings?

Content control is available on the vodafone broadband app I believe!
