I have recently moved, so had to set up my router again, which I had no issues with. I had to set up the broadband app again, after resetting the router, this is where I have problems.
I cannot connect to app to the router. I am using an iPhone XR, the app finds the network and the router, but when it goes to connect. It just says ‘something went wrong, try again’ this is after asking to press WPS.
i have deleted the app, reset the router. Tried with and without mobile data on.
My phone connects with no issues to the WiFi, just won’t connect at all to the app.

Hi,
No it’s not a QR issue, I cannot log into the broadband app at all. As it doesn’t let my phone connect to it when the app asks to connect via WPS.
My phone can connect to the router WiFi with no problems, just not the broadband app.

So that is when you use the QR code?
It is either WPS or QR code to connect.
Unless I am mis-remembering.
