With the price cap on electricity increasing (UK- October), can someone tell me how much it will now cost to keep a router on? Aka how much electricity a router consumes and what will that cost?
thank you

Interesting question.
The THG3000 is rated at 12v at 2.5 amps, which is 30 watts, so will use 0.72kWh per day.
At the new price of 34p per kWh, that will be 24.48p per day or just under £90.00 per year.
However, I doubt it is really consuming 30 watts all the time, so will really cost a lot less than that.
