Hello, already been on webchat 😞
Why? Is it so difficult to change my/the Direct Debt Date!? I did it online with SKY Broadband no problem!
If someone reading can help, please! New Direct Debt Date is after the 20th of the month, please!
If this is NOT possible. Can I cancel Vodafone and go back to Sky?

Hi @Discente It's disappointing to see your post. We understand the importance of getting this sorted. When you first join us, we'll take your Direct Debit up to 10 days after we’ve sent your first bill. This means your Direct Debit date is based on when your bill is created. If you want to change your payment date, that's absolutely fine, we can certainly do so - you can change your payment term to 7, 10, 14, 17, 21 or 24 days following your bill date.
If you'd like to stay with Vodafone, please get in touch with our Social Media team so that we can look at your payment date options.
