I just signed up to home broadband and all the way through it was called superfast 2 fibre when I got to the checkout it changed the name to 'unlimited fibre 76 ' is this the same package? I read the terms and conditions for the superfast 2 but this name wasn't mentioned. Thanks

As you can't get a straight answer from elsewhere (why is this so hard?).  A regulatory change from the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) came into force on 23rd May 2018.  This forced broadband providers to more accurately identify the speeds achievable on their products by the average user.  In advance of this Vodafone and many other providers changed the name of some of their services, and so Unlimited Fibre 76 morphed into Superfast 2!

The disconnect on the VF website has been there since at-least April 2018. We took up Superfast 2 late April 2018 and had it installed 17th May 2018, and our documentation refers to both "Ultimate Fibre 76" and Superfast 2.  All your service level information should be included in that documentation irrespective of the "service name", and it should refer you to the extended terms and conditions that are applicable to your account.

Also: See above for Superfast 2 including Unlimited Fibre 76

There is also the further disconnect where there are references in documentation to both "Ultimate Fibre 76" and "Unlimited Fibre 76".

Hey @Cjdidums, that's a little strange 🤔 I'll make sure that this gets fed back to our Website team for them to take a look at.

Just so I can double check that you're definitely on the right plan, I've sent you a private message with details on how to get in touch.
