Hello
We've downgraded from a Pro package recently and I received an email asking me to return the dongle and SIM.
Link in email takes you to a page about recycling routers, however the email suggests the link will allow you to print off or obtain a returns label etc.
I've contacted web chat who advise that they have sent me a returns bag, this hasn't arrived. I also tried Vodafone Facebook who said they couldn't help me. I don't have the time to spend an inordinate amount of time (last time I tried I was on hold for 35 minutes) on the phone.
Not sure what else I can do to try to resolve this, and I don't see why I should be charged for this due to Vodafone's inability to make it simple for customers to return a piece of equipment.
Also no, I won't be returning to a brick store because I live rurally and I also don't drive.

Not sure if you saw the part where I said I live rurally and don't drive so can't visit a bricks store haha!

Yh, I missed it.
TBH if you have a record (screenshot whatever) of vodafone saying they'll send a returns bag then you have done enough.
