I have been trying to contact vodafone all day as moving in April and want to bring my broadband with me. I tried to contact the relevant team on the phone but to the current pandemic, the offices are closed. I then tried to use the online chat service but again, the chat is showing as not available. Due to the whole of the country working from home, it is pretty critical that I have my broadband moved so just want help on who to contact! Help!
