Hi,
I went to reset my passsword and this now only seems possible with an SMS to a mobile I don't have - I think it's a work one from > 10yrs ago.
How can I get the number associated with my broadband account updated? e.g. to the landline associated with the broadband connecton.

Hey there @simonind - If you're looking to change the alternative contact number on your account you can contact us on social media, but as that is a high security risk process you would need to confirm the SMS code we would send you.
However, I would suggest to ask us, on social media, to reset your password for you (this won't require the SMS) and then you'll be able to change the contact number through your online account 👍
When messaging us on social media, make sure to include a link back to this forum thread and your landline/mobile/account number.
