Hello, I have recently joined Vodafone broadband and ever since I’ve had serious issues with the streaming quality on Netflix. Pixelated and streaming at 0.93mbps. This is across ALL devices utilising the internet connection. I know it’s not a bandwidth issue as Amazon, Disney+, YouTube streams in 4K/Dolby Vision without a problem. Netflix settings also checked and is set to stream on highest quality.
Does anyone else have the same problem? Is it a known issue with Vodafone & Netflix?

In fact you shouldn't need to test any more. Go into the router's settings and change the dns servers to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Try watching Netflix again.

Changed DNS to to the above and still the same result on netfilx. I have done a ping and tracert to bbc as suggested:

I'm assuming 212.158.250.37 is your gateway address, but I can't work out what datacentre that is? @Ripshod do you know?
Just what service do you have? Your ping times look a bit long (not disastrously) which points to you being an a distant gateway. but that in itself shouldn't cause streaming problems. (and certainly not on just Netflix)

I’m on the Fibre 2 package

Have you tried with the vodafone router?

Yes, that was the router I used initially when the service went live. Assumed the router may be at fault so swapped for the TP-Link but still an issue.

Me too, although I've been here since it was called Superfast 2.

The previous traceroute identified the gateway as Surrey Quays, so I'm assuming the router has been rebooted(?). Working on identifying this new one.

I think that was my one.

Old cable and wireless infrastructure. The gateway is listed as CW Hosting Centre Park Royal, wherever that is.
