I signed up for business broadband in August. I called them up a few days after installation to setup my static IP which they sorted but told me I should be able to add further IP's in my account settings online.
this seems to be the case, however the option is not there for me.
I've called through a couple of times but the call center agents don't seem to have any idea what I'm talking about, and the online chat just says it's busy.
Does any one have any idea what I can do here?
Yeah I’ve seen this. So I’ve set the public ip range up in the Vodafone router and plugged my Palo Alto into the lan port and set it’s static ip, but no traffic will move between the routers. Any ideas?
