Hi, We changed the name of our property 20 years ago and while all other databases have updated to the new address OpenReach have not. I see from trawling that the process requires Vodafone (my ISP) to put through an ORDI form. I spent 4 hours on TOBI chat and then the phone last night and each agent I was passed to said they could not access the form. Is this outdated information? If so how do I get my address changed at OpenReach?

I'm had the same issue for years, I even order that above as you have, yet openreach refused to change it, yet when I had a issue, the open reach engineer had to follow the cable. For me there is a extra line on my address that is not needed yet the openreach system added and its wrong, this then go's to the post office who openreach get it from. Good luck

Thank-you. Like you I might have to get a new, and un-needed line added as the discrepancy between my postal address and OpenReach address means I can’t change my supplier. I am therefore stuck with paying way above the market price for my broadband.
