Over 7days no activation?

Hey guy’s it it normal to take over 7days to activate new broadband? 

 

Was as meant to go live on the 19th, several calls later,  last one on Thursday blaming open reach and promising it be fixed in 2 days. I’m now at Monday and no internet. 

 

I gave up tonight waiting for 40minutes for someone on my mobile waiting in the queue for an agent.

In my opinion that's not a normal lead time unless something has gone very wrong. 

I certainly would suggest to continuing to ring the dedicated Broadband Team via the number in Vodafone contact-us.

I hope they get this sorted asap for you.
