My PS4 cannot find the name of the wi-fi network, I already put everything manually and does not connect. why does my cell phone and computer find the network and my PS4 does not?

Hey @thiagocs I'm sorry to hear you game time is being interrupted 🎮 If you've not already tried this, please restart your router before trying to connect again. You may find it hard to believe, but just a simple reboot does help a lot of users when their PS4's not connecting.
