I have from today switched my BB provider from VF. I assume they will want the router returned at some point so will they contact me and send me a return bag/box or do I have to do the running around to do it?

Hi @SimonWilding I'm sorry to hear you've left us! You don't need to worry about returning your router. If you'd like yo can keep it for parts, or dispose of it as you see fit 👍 If you'd like to dispose of it, I'd recommend checking with your local authority for the best way to do this.
