I had a returns envelope sent to me. Fortunately I took photos of EVERYTHING, router, box, cables, envelope, proof of posting, even a screenshot of Royal Mail's tracking service showing it was delivered and signed for by a P Hoy at their Norwich returns dept. Then, yep, Vodafone emailed me saying they hadn't received it and would charge me £72 in 16 days time.

Unbelievable ineptitude. Will never use Vodafone again.
