My router is 3 or 4 years old and now most days it keeps losing internet connection and I have to keep unplugging it and plugging back in to get it working again do I need another router
Hi @trevwealthall Given the age of your router, some wear and tear and ageing would be expected. I'd recommend contacting our Social media team here. They'll be able to run a few tests of your line and your router and put you in touch with the relevant team to get a new router sent out if needed.
