I am still having problems streaming with freezing and buffering. I am on a wired connection with a so called 46mbs. Yet my streaming freezes a lot. I have been in contact with Vodafone hundreds of times but it still hasn't been reslved! 

Does anyone have the same?

I get the impression the service is oversubscribed and therefore lacking capacity.


I've seen similar reports from other posters about slow performance and drop outs. I have had exactly the same.


I'm closely monitoring things tonight, as things seem to feel a little quicker since the IP address changed, so the jury is still out on this one.

Hi Gerry, 

I agree and I was actually told that several months ago by one of the tech guys. He advised there was new hardware being installed in August so it should improve then. That’s didn’t happen although I was told the hardware was installed, I’m not convinced.

Hey @Studoogie that sounds like we've probably increased the capacity in your area, however if you're still having the same issue, maybe there's more than one thing happening here.
