As the FTTH/FTTP Gigafast customer appears to have different and specific needs on this forum, I'd suggest a new section for these users,

There are confusinging posts mixed in this forum which make searching for answers or support a real pain .

I'd also suggest a specific archive of help materials for these users as within this site there a references to materials which are either not relevant or a user is directed to help files whose links to pdf's crash ordon't exist.

Thanks for these ideas @GlassFibre - I've passed them along for them to be considered! I know we're already in the process of archiving a lot of posts which may no longer be relevant to customers - for anything that can still help, we've added these to our FAQs
