Hi I am fortunate enough that my friend who is with vodafone had an ultra hub and wasn't using it along with a super wifi plus booster and had given it to me.
I was a little skeptical as I am on a normal standard plan (non pro) but I've set the hub this morning and all is well but I cannot get the booster to work at all. Not sure if its compatibility issues as the booster is not the 6E booster that comes originally with the ultra hub or if boosters are tied with contract type. I see the super wifi tile and follow the instructions although the lights it is referring to are different on this booster (I only see amber and green lights). As I understand, since I have the super wifi plus (alexa), I'm suppose to see a tile for super wifi + ?
Also, how do I get the sync speeds tile to show up again as that has totally disappeared from the app menu

I think looking at the two graphs, you'd have to do some mathematical analysis before claiming one was better than the other - any advantages look very marginal to me!

Hi did you get this sorted? I've got a Vodafone 6e wifi booster but I'm after a booster for a THG3000.
Basically I thought I'd upgrade from the THG3000 to the Ultra Hub 6E via eBay - £80 but it came with the booster and the 4g connector. However upon setup bearing in mind I'm on a 900mbps Vodafone FTTP full fiber contract every 20 minutes the Ultra Hub crashes with blue flashing lights, red lights then back to solid white but not everytime it allows the wifi connections they're flashing away as they've got no connection. I live in a 3-storey townhouse and got alexas and smart plugs and bulbs on all floors - easier when teenagers leave stuff switched on (know how my parents felt back in the 90s now)
I have a ring doorbell and the signal is poor from the router being central on the middle floor however when the Ultra Hub is working the RSSI is reduced to 41 from 67 - I've just ordered a 10m ethernet cable I was planning of putting that into a ethernet switch and connecting it to the booster to see if that would help -i'll test that when it arrives.
Finishing up - Just spoke to Vodafone the guy was surprised as when people's contracts end you're not supposed to be able to sell these Ultra Hubs on - they remain property of Vodafone and are supposed to turn into a paperweight if not returned and tech support at Vodafone refused to help as I purchased their equipment third party, I would have to upgrade at a cost of £7 extra a month to have the the same make and model Ultra Hub sent to me - but there is nothing to say that I won't experience the same dropouts and since reverting back to the THG3000 my speed on my phkne has dropped from 295mbps to 63mbps however the Ultra Hub on 6e fetched 475mbps download speeds on a 900mbps and my sons gaming pc was getting 850mbps down and 956mbps upload.
Sorry I went on but I'd consider a swap for boosters if yours connects to the THG3000 please 🙏
