Unable to access broadband account

Hi, 

apologies if the answer to this is on the forum but I can’t find it.

I am unable to access or view my broadband account. I have followed the email link to view my monthly bill and despite having the Vodafone app & also the broadband app, I can only see my mobile phone bill.

 

Does anyone know how else to view it? I’ve also tried just using the website log in but the same thing applies.

Hi @Wendymolz 

 

The broadband and mobile account should be on the same account and on the same bill using the same email address and you should be able to see the accounts on My Account Summary.

 

If you are unable to see the broadband account, speak to Vodafone though Customer Service channels, the Broadband Team can be contacted here: Broadband and Home Phone FAQ's  or speak directly to the Social Team here: Contact Us

Thanks for the reply. I’ve just double checked and definitely only the mobile info showing so I’ll contact customer services as suggested. Much appreciated.
